Winner Prix de Rome Monumental Sculpture 1936: Wessel Couzijn
The sculptor Wessel Couzijn was awarded the Prix de Rome in 1936 for his work Orpheus with a lyre. After winning the prize, he travelled to Rome, Amsterdam and Paris.
